Community Comments
- Battery storage facility is on hold, Brookhaven Town has not approved any facilities.
- Savion says the facility cannot catch fire.
- Harbor Road—jointly owned by Smithtown and Brookhaven towns, apparently they cannot agree on who is responsible for fixing the road.
- Brookhaven owns the pond property but not the bridge.
- Ward Melville Heritage Organization (WMHO) has $50million for repairs to the bridge.
- NYS owns the bridge over the LIRR on Sheep Pasture Rd.

- There is still concern from residents regarding increase of National Grid bills. Joe told residents to call Bryan Torruso at National Grid, 631-348-6123 to discuss. This must be addressed on an individual basis, so each concerned resident must call.
- Indoor pool cleaning and inspection will take place late September or early October.
- The clubhouse will be cleaned at the same time. Cleaning should take 2-3 days.
- Smoke and CO2 detectors will be inspected in November.
- Entrance gate is a problem.
- Tennis court needs repair.
Community Comments
- Angela Cippilino has two meters in her garden.
- Future projects should be in the audit report—roads, roofs, driveways and reserves.
- Carl Furci presented a petition signed by residents of 61 units objecting to overnight parking rules.
- It was suggested that a handicapped chair be put in the indoor pool.
- The Board should email the house rules to residents.
- Carl Furci and Mary Negra suggested handicapped stickers for parking.
- The question arose regarding the responsibility of repairing termite damage. The community repairs damage on the outside, residents are responsible for repair of any damage on the inside of units.
- Diane Ward mentioned a need for a rules committee.
